how can a stock have a:
100% Bearish overall summary , a trade quality of downside 90% ,and this is the part I do not understand how to safely trade, the alert is BREAKOUT
How would I trade this ? the overall summary and quality seems as if it would be a good short,.
but the breakout alert seems as if one
would want to go long! Im confused?[:-confused2-:]

From a previous forum response:
Please note that the Breakout and Breakdown
alert and indications are generally independent of the
"Overall Summary" indicator. For example: Breakouts near
52 week highs may occur when the Overall Summary is bearish.
Also Breakdowns can occur near 52 week lows when the
Overall summary can show 100% bullish and great long
trade quality.
