------------------------------
1. the difference between strong bullish MONEYFLOW and strong accumulation?
- MoneyFlow and the Accumulation/Distrubution indicators are of different time periods. MoneFlow is measured using (current) 1 day and Accumulation/Distribution is measured using 3 days of data.
2. Why a stock can has at the same time bullish MONEYFLOW and mild/strong distribution?
- Since they are measured using different time periods they can have different readings.
In my opinion Moneyflow is best used to verify breakouts/downs and extreme values to mark the end of rallies and pullbacks.
3 day Accumulation/Distrubution is best used for measuring strength of support and resistance areas after a pullback or rally.
Thanks,
Dan
