Hi This area has me completly befuddled!!! For a long trade just what are the best Resistance and or Support indicators?

In my opinion the best resistance & support indicators
for a long trade would be:

1. To be at strong support.

2. To have few (or no) resistance areas to Target 1/2 .
High target potential.
