ECSI has been consistently show as a breakout over the past few months, and is being caught in the flat top breakout screen. However, it was an acquisition back in September, acquired for around the price range in which it has been stuck for several months. Would you agree that screening recommendations such as this should be considered as anomolies, and not seriously considered?
