Site Update: Ver 4.4

As part of the Ver 4.4 release:

- New and revised stock links section.

- Faster loading charts and pages.

- Faster pop up pages.

- New SearchTool and Portfolio colors and layout
in preparation fo changes to come in the next release.

- New PreScreener colors and MSIE 7 speed increase.

- Other minor changes.
